    I like mackerel - it's oily and flavourful. I can't eat the dark line though. In any fish, I find it really bitter. I cut it off and offer it to the cats. They usually turn it down. 😂 This recipe looks delicious! I can't wait to make it.

    2024: I've made maangchi 's Yachaejeon many times. Easy, quick, delicious, healthy, economical. For me, the veg's I always include: Sweet potato 🍠 Green onion 🧅 Jalapeño , sliced. Usually shredded cabbage, mushroom 🍄.

    Is it okay if i stir fried the beef with sesame oil and minced garlic first then add the seaweed and the water? And i want to add shiitake mushroom is that okay too?
